Evolution of dining style on cruise:
Years ago, the style of cooking and dining on cruise has evolved a lot. Years ago, it was a status symbol to be entitled to eat in exclusive dining hall on a cruise.
But today, as cruise industry has grown, various cruise lines offer luxurious dinners and lunches in posh dining halls onboard and varieties are so much that you cannot try everything even if eat something different every time if you are on cruise for just few days.

At dinner time, the Lido features waiter service and entrees from both the Lido and main Dining Room menus. You will enjoy dining indoors in air-conditioned comfort or enjoy the fresh salt air on deck.

(iii) Canletto Restaurant:
Canletto, named after 18th-century Venetian artist, is a restaurant that is a must visit for you if you love Italian food. Three courses – il primo, il secondo, and il dolci – are offered, carefully selected to focus on fresh, authentic regional Italian cuisine.
(iv) Tamarind Restaurant:
Exclusive to ms Eurodam and Nieuw Amsterdam, Tamarind Restaurant offers exceptional Pan-Asian fare. It is located on the uppermost deck, providing stunning panoramic views port and starboard.
From the awesome Dim Sum Menu, you can choose from many dishes including classic, steamed dumplings filled with chicken, Asian pork, spring vegetables, spinach and mushrooms and shrimp shu mai which are served at the lunch-time at the Tamarind.
Exotic dinner menus feature dishes created by Master Chef Rudi Sodamin, and are categorized into the elements of water, fire, wood, and earth. You can choose from selections such as snapper baked in rice paper, Penang red curry coconut chicken, wasabi and soy crusted beef tenderloin served on an oak plank, and sweet and sour vegetable tempura. Sushi & sashimi also are available.
